Ageron Computing has been developing agricultural robotics for years, building technology that pushes the frontier of efficiency and sustainability in farming. But while the product matured, the brand had accumulated years of quick fixes, inconsistencies, and patchwork assets. The result was brand debt. Theory Dept partnered with Ageron to reset their foundations. Through workshops their DNA was defined and messaging refined, giving them a clear story that aligned with their long-term vision. We then translated this into a coherent visual identity and a custom design system that could scale across every touchpoint. The new system was applied consistently across website, sales assets, and software UI/UX, ensuring the brand finally reflected the experience and innovation of the business behind it.

Ageron secured two new distribution partners within the first three weeks of rollout and reported a 42% decrease in user onboarding support requests thanks to the clarity of the redesigned software interface.
